Website & Sourcing Request Terms
Last updated: October 2026
Submitting a request
A sourcing request is an enquiry and does not by itself create a purchase contract, supplier appointment, shipping contract, or guarantee of availability, price, lead time, certification, or production capacity.
Quotations and supplier information
Supplier quotations and commercial terms may change until confirmed in a formal quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, or other written transaction document. Availability and final specifications remain subject to supplier confirmation.
Sourcing service fees
The applicable sourcing service fee is the fee displayed for the selected service at the time of submission or otherwise confirmed in writing by Mundo Trading Group. The applicable sourcing service fee will be deducted from the final order value if the order is completed through Mundo Trading Group. Final project scope depends on size and complexity and is confirmed before execution.
Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate product requirements, quantities, destination information, target-market requirements, and other information needed to evaluate the request.
Certifications and compliance
Certification and compliance requirements depend on the product and destination market. No certification should be treated as confirmed until the relevant document, issuing body, supplier, or compliance process has been verified.
Separate transaction terms
Orders, inspections, logistics, commissions, payments, warranties, claims, and other commercial services may be governed by separate written quotations, invoices, agreements, or service terms.
Accounts and documents
Protect access to your sign-in account and upload only documents you are authorized to share. Files must not contain executable software or harmful content. Submission does not automatically create a payment obligation; paid work and commercial terms are confirmed separately.
